The stay had its highlights and low points. I really appreciated the clean room with a full-sized fridge and kitchenette, which made it easy to grab snacks. The staff seemed friendly, especially during check-in, and the pool area was nice for relaxation. However, I was disappointed to find that our King Studio Suite didn’t have the hot tub promised in the listing. This was a big letdown. Additionally, I noticed a roach in the bathroom, which is concerning. The air conditioning system also struggled to keep the room cool. It felt a bit frustrating having to deal with these issues amidst planning family activities.
